A fully documented loan may require:

• Copy of the last two pay stubs received if you are employed.
• Copy of the form W-2 received for the last two years.
• Copy of you tax return form 1040 if you are self employed.
• Evidence of down payment, such as two months bank statements.
• Signed credit application and disclosures.
